This program allows you to actually see the prospective employee perform on the job. Prior to making any final hiring decision, you can evaluate whether this person is best suited to your requirements.

Once they have proven these qualities to you over a period of time (as agreed to in rate terms) you may exercise the option to make them a part of your full-time staff at no additional cost.
