 Identify problems for clients and offer solutions
 Process customer service e-mail requests;
 Serve customers who come to pick up their order at the terminal;
 Updating customer profiles and keeping track of consumer records
 Follow up with customers in order to make sure they're satisfied with the services.

Greeting customers with a smile and friendly manner, responds to customer’s
inquiries.
 Serves customers by helping them select products and giving them suggestions
about their size, fitting etc.
 Displaying excellent customer service skills and following company policies when
handling all purchases, refunds and exchanges.
 Keeping the racks, counter area and fitting rooms clean and tidy and keeping an
eye on all the products that customers takes in a fitting room and ensuring the same
when the customers come out from it.
 Keeping track of daily shipments, arranging it in the racks and display area, while
ensuring that all the company standards are maintained.
 Processing purchases and handling cash.
