Recycling Sorter ($17.20)

We are seeking dependable individuals for new Recycling Sorter in the Peterborough area.

On the job, successful candidates will help process and sort recyclables from a moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, performing repetitive movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to ensure proper sorting and a clean, safe work environment.

Recycling Sorter Duties:

• Sort recyclables from a moving conveyor belt
• Identify and separate materials like plastics, metals, and paper
• Ensure non-recyclable items are properly disposed of
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily sorting goals

Recycling Sorter Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable with repetitive movements
• Capable of moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
