We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Sewer for a new full time position in Orillia.

In this role, you will use your sewing expertise to produce custom industrial fabric products, ensuring precision and quality in every stitch.

Industrial Sewer Worker Responsibilities:

• Sew pre-cut pieces of industrial fabric into finished products using double-needle sewing machines and sergers.
• Follow patterns to exact specified measurements with high attention to detail.
• Perform repetitive sewing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
• Assist with sewing tasks on various industrial products.

Industrial Sewer Worker Requirements:

• Experience operating double-needle sewing machines and sergers.
• Strong measuring skills and ability to follow precise patterns.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to sit for long periods and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Upholstery experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
