Production Worker (Collingwood)

On the job, Production Workers will assemble products from start to finish while ensuring top-notch quality. This role involves machine operation, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Production Worker Responsibilities:

• Assemble products from start to finish, following written or oral instructions.
• Prepare sub-assembly parts and set up machines as required.
• Ensure tasks are completed within the allotted time and meet or exceed company quality standards.
• Fill out time-cards and document time and materials for each project.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Production Worker Qualifications:

• Knowledge of products and parts (sizes, styles, etc.).
• Familiarity with acceptable quality standards.
• Ability to safely and adequately set up machinery.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow directions.
• Strong time management skills.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, with occasional kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
