Description
We are seeking a dependable and organized individual for a new Production Coordinator - Aftermarket position in Peterborough, ON.
In this role, the Production Coordinator will help support the aftermarket function by communicating key lead times and aftermarket parts requirements to the internal stakeholders in production.
This position calls for someone with outstanding communication skills and attention to detail, with strong MS Excel skills.

Production Coordinator Duties:
- Maintain and update the Aftermarket lean kit board
- Communicate regularly with all production department heads
- Communicate accurate lead times and updates for products
- Prepare and run reports to track jobs in ERP System
- Assist with special projects as required
- Other duties as assigned
Production Coordinator Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong ability with MS Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Epicor
- Purchasing experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of the aggregate, construction or heavy equipment manufacturing industry is ideal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
